Incentive Travel is a travel organization service offered by specialized entities for corporate clients or organizations, aimed at creating, consolidating or strengthening relations between the principal and participants or between the participants themselves, which are three categories of people related to the principal: employees, business partners or consumers.
Incentive travel is a direct marketing tool and a human resource management tool. Each incentive travel trip has its own unique scenario that leads to the achievement of a business goal.
Stowarzyszenie Organizatorów Incentive Travel is an organization associating professionals whose common goal is to promote incentive travel as a strong and effective business tool.
By integrating the environment and representing its interests, we have been building a good name and image of the industry for over 12 years. We spread knowledge, improve competences, set
and we promote high standards of implemented incentive travel projects.
The Association is a founding member of other industry organizations, such as RPSiW TUgether or the Center for Monitoring the Tourist Market CMRT, and also cooperates with many associations in the tourism industry, initiates new projects and participates in the implementation of events such as Meetings Week Poland.
Currently, SOIT has 29 regular members representing 23 renowned incentive agencies that meet high membership criteria. Our members are nominated in plebiscites organized by Eventex and Wasza Turystyka for the most influential people in tourism and receive numerous industry awards.
