Warsaw Tourist Organization – together we promote the capital city
The Warsaw Tourism Organization operating as a public-private partnership, is the official industry patron of the ITTF Warsaw – International Travel & Tourism Trade Fair. As the event organizer, we are proud to collaborate with WTO, an institution dedicated to developing and promoting Warsaw as an attractive tourist and business destination.

WOT brings together over 140 members, including hotels, tourist attractions, restaurants, cultural institutions, universities, tour operators, and event organizers. Its activities focus on several key areas:
Tourism Promotion of Warsaw
WTO carries out extensive promotional efforts both in Poland and internationally. It participates in tourism fairs, organizes study visits (FAM and press tours), and collaborates with influencers and journalists from key markets.
Development of the MICE Sector through Warsaw Convention Bureau
Through the Warsaw Convention Bureau, a part of WTO, the organization supports the meetings industry. It assists in the planning of conferences, congresses, and corporate events, offering guidance and logistical support to event planners and organizers.
Support for Members and Industry Integration
WTO provides its members with access to training sessions, workshops, networking events, and joint initiatives that foster industry development and help build a unified offer that positions Warsaw as a modern, open, and vibrant city.
Cooperation with the Public and Academic Sectors
The organization actively works with city institutions and universities – supporting the organization of international academic events, promoting the city’s cultural offerings, and launching collaborative projects.
The Warsaw Tourism Organization is a model of effective synergy between the private and public sectors, playing a vital role in strengthening Warsaw’s international visibility. As the organizer of ITTF Warsaw, we value WTO’s commitment and contribution to the development of tourism in the capital.
